What is the delivery time?

  • Within Pakistan: 3 to 5 Business Days
  • Outside Pakistan for Unstitched: 5 to 7 Business Days

Can I cancel my order?

  • You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed.

Can I amend my order?

  • You can amend your order within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Can I return the product?

  • We do not return online orders.

Can I exchange products?

  • We do not offer exchange once the order is processed.
  • However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged.
  • In that scenario, you can contact our customer services center by emailing us at support@flossieclothing.com.pk or can call us at +92 321 900 2222¬†along with your order number for our customer care representative to schedule the right one for you.
